What We're Looking For

We're seeking a
Content Strategist Specialist
to lead the charge in shaping our brand voice, maintaining a consistent image, and creating high-impact content that resonates with our audience. If you live and breathe content, love streetwear culture, and can bring creativity and structure to our storytelling—you're exactly who we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Sneakare's content strategy across all digital platforms.
  • Define and maintain a unique and consistent brand voice.
  • Plan and manage editorial calendars for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including blog posts, social media captions, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
  • Brainstorm and execute engaging, on-brand content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with sneaker trends, cultural moments, and industry innovations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial roles (preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or fashion sectors).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content writing and digital campaign work.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with SEO, content analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or Shopify).
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for sneaker culture and an understanding of the lifestyle space.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with influencer-driven brands or streetwear/lifestyle products.
  • Skills in basic graphic design, video editing, or content production tools.
