 EDP Officer / MIS

Department:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process admission forms, test results, and other academic documents.
  • Maintain accurate student data (both historical and current) at the branch level.
  • Analyze student data and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information delivery to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare Question Papers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in desktop publishing.
  • Proficiency in 
    Advanced Excel
     (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Filters, Logical Formulas, VBA Macros).
  • Basic working knowledge of 
    MS Word
     and 
    PowerPoint
    .
  • Good typing speed is a must
    (Minimum 50 Words Per Minute)

Working experience with the following tools is preferred:

  • Adobe PageMaker
  • CorelDRAW
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • MathType / Equation Editor
  • Microsoft Access
