Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Design:

 - Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and other training assets using Adobe Captivate.

 - Collaborate with SMEs to understand course objectives and learning outcomes, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.

 - Develop storyboards, scripts, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences.

 - Apply adult learning theories, instructional models, and best practices to create engaging content.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on eLearning and multimedia development.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline and other eLearning development tools (Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Create storyboards and outlines for CBT modules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Use Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline to develop interactive eLearning modules, including simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Integrate Adobe Animation for custom animations or advanced interactions.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements (images, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with SCORM and LMS function.
  • Good knowledge of e-learning process.
  • Basic Knowledge Adobe SUITE.
  • Basic Knowledge in HTML/CSS or other programming languages is a plus.
