We are seeking a skilled SOC Analyst (Level 2) with 2–3 years of experience in handling security incidents, managing and deploying leading SIEM solutions, and conducting proactive threat analysis. The candidate should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client interaction skills with hands-on experience in hybrid or on-prem SIEM environments.


Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents from SIEM platforms such as FortiSIEM, QRadar, and Splunk.

Perform incident triage, investigation, and escalation of potential threats to L3 or the SOC Manager.

Deploy, configure, and fine-tune SIEM solutions at client sites (on-premise or hybrid environments).

Develop and optimize use cases, correlation rules, and dashboards to improve detection capabilities.

Conduct threat hunting and proactive analysis to identify emerging risks.

Collaborate with red team / pentesting teams to validate detections and enhance blue team response.

Participate in gap analysis and VAPT reviews to ensure continuous security improvement.

Assist in creating and maintaining SOC runbooks, incident response procedures, and knowledge base documentation.

Support client onboarding to SOC services including log source integration, alert tuning, and report generation.

Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.


Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in SOC operations and incident response.

Strong experience with at least one market-leading SIEM solution (FortiSIEM, IBM QRadar, Splunk).

Experience in deploying and configuring SIEM solutions at client locations.

Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools.

Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence platforms.

Exposure to red teaming, penetration testing, gap analysis, and VAPT methodologies.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.


Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA Security+ / CEH / ECSA / CySA+

Vendor certifications like FortiSIEM Specialist, Splunk Certified Power User, or IBM QRadar Analyst are an added advantage.
