We're Hiring: BDE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for DiracERP Solution Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, company referrals, cold calling, and market research.

Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from DiracERP Solution Pvt. Ltd. service offerings.

Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.

Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

0- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
