Manager – Ad Sales

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Ad Sales) with a strong media and advertising background to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid network across agencies and brands, coupled with proven experience in driving advertising revenue.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive ad sales growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships with agencies and brands.
● Leverage strong industry connections to unlock opportunities and close high-value deals.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
● Build long-term partnerships with agencies, media planners, and brand managers.
● Negotiate effectively to deliver win-win outcomes for clients and the organization.
● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for incremental revenue.
What We're Looking For
6-8 years of media ad sales experience
Strong network and established relationships with agencies and brand decision-makers
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
