Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Content Designer, based in Bengaluru. The Technical Content Designer will oversee creating and managing content strategies, designs, and processes to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. Responsibilities include designing content frameworks, researching industry trends, organizing and managing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and impactful communication of technical solutions. The role requires staying abreast of developments in AI, analytics, and data visualization.

What you'll do:

  • Create high-quality, technical content including blogs, newsletters, videos, website pages, whitepapers, and pitch deck, portfolios that explain data concepts in an accessible way.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to develop content that showcases Adopt AI's capabilities and differentiators.
  • Translate technical features and innovations into compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Support product launches, webinars, and events with engaging content that drives awareness and adoption.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor content and AI/automation developments to position DataCaffe AI as a thought leader in the space.
  • Bonus: Help with developer relations (DevRel) initiatives, including community engagement, tutorials, and developer-focused content.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in technical content marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to varied audiences.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social channels to drive engagement.
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and enterprise software.
  • Plus: Experience in developer relations, building developer communities, or creating developer-focused content.
