Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Lixo Healthcare Equipment Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.
  • Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
  • Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.
  • Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
  • Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, etc.

Languages :

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Hindi-speaking customers.
  • Comfortable conducting calls, follow-ups, demos, and support interactions in Hindi. Ability to translate customer requirements from Hindi to English and update accurate CRM records.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Must be able to handle customer calls, emails, chats, and documentation in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
