Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, assisting with training and development programs, implementing HR policies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additional tasks will include coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and acting as a liaison between employees and management to address queries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Looking for 2-5 years of experience.
  • Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficiency in HR Operations to streamline departmental processes
  • Skills in Training & Development to contribute to employee growth
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, multitask, and work collaboratively
  • Previous experience in an HR role is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices is beneficial
