As a Human Resources Associate at EDU TANTR, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and recruitment activities. We are looking for an individual who is proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, as well as having excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Manage document management systems, ensuring all employee records are up to date and organized.
  • Utilize your strong presentation skills to create and deliver training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience at EDU TANTR.
