We're looking for a sharp, fashion-savvy E-commerce Executive to manage our brand's online presence across leading fashion platforms — Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart, and international marketplaces like Noon and ZereSouq (Dubai).

You'll be the bridge between our collections and our customers online — ensuring every product looks perfect, performs well, and reaches the right audience.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across all marketplaces.
  • Work closely with category managers to build strong brand visibility and placement on platforms.
  • Manage online promotions, end-of-season sales, and campaign activations.

Catalog & Content

  • Upload new collections with accurate product details, images, and descriptions.
  • Collaborate with the design and creative teams to maintain premium visual presentation across platforms.
  • Ensure listings reflect the brand's tone and meet platform guidelines.

Sales & Analytics

  • Track daily sales, returns, and product performance across each marketplace.
  • Identify top-performing styles and improvement areas through data-driven insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Inventory & Operations

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and stock accuracy.
  • Resolve order issues, delays, and customer returns efficiently.
  • Maintain ideal stock levels across all platforms to avoid cancellations or stock-outs.

Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute on-platform promotions, ads, and brand collaborations.
  • Optimize listings with SEO-rich keywords to improve visibility and organic reach.
  • Keep track of competitor activity and identify new opportunities for brand expansion.

Who You Are

  • Graduate in Business, Fashion Management, or Marketing.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Portal, Tata Cliq, Noon & ZereSouq dashboards.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing sales data.
  • Passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and always curious about what's trending.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) to make quick creative updates.
  • Understanding of UAE e-commerce operations and logistics.
