About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
E-commerce Manager
to manage our online sales channels, product listings, and digital growth for our gifting brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling e-commerce operations, managing marketplaces, coordinating with design and logistics teams, and driving online sales through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update
    product listings
    across company website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Ensure listings include accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO-friendly keywords.
  • Coordinate with
    design, production, and logistics
    teams to ensure stock availability, order fulfillment, and timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute
    seasonal campaigns, offers, and new product launches
    in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Monitor
    daily sales performance, conversion rates, and website traffic
    , and share regular reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback, returns, and reviews to suggest improvements in products or service.
  • Stay updated on
    competitor listings, pricing, and promotions
    to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with marketing for
    email, social media, and paid ad campaigns
    to boost sales.
  • Ensure consistent
    brand presentation and product experience
    across all online platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Experience:
    3–4 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in gifting, lifestyle, or consumer goods sector.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with
    Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify / WooCommerce
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel, analytics tools
    , and marketplace dashboards.
  • Understanding of
    SEO, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing basics
    .

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership attitude.
