Role Highlights:

  • Transaction Support: Work on IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, debt issuances, and other capital markets transactions.
  • Regulatory Filings & Drafting: Prepare offer documents, due diligence reports, and assist in SEBI and stock exchange filings.
  • Research & Analysis: Stay updated with evolving securities laws and provide well-researched inputs to strengthen transaction execution.
  • Client Coordination: Engage with clients, merchant bankers, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal flow.
  • Learning & Growth: Work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to complex capital markets deals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4–6 years of experience in capital markets practice with a reputed law firm.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills with exposure to securities law and regulatory matters.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build expertise in capital markets.
  • Ability to manage deliverables under time-sensitive conditions.
