Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Consultant based in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in capital markets. They will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee their implementation while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consulting within the capital markets domain
  • Strong project management and client relationship management skills
  • In-depth understanding of capital markets, financial services, and securities industries
  • Technical expertise in implementing business process improvements using technology
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • JLPT N2 Certified, Advance Certification in Japanese from MOSAI is a plus
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous
