Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Backend developer
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for Energy Business. You will function as a lead developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using NestJs framework).

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.

• Develop and maintain microservices architecture for scalability and modularity.

• Work extensively with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and optimization.

• Ensure code quality with unit tests, integration tests, and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to integrate APIs seamlessly.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

• Ensure high availability, security and reliability in production systems.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications/Skills

• Strong experience with NestJs, Typescript and

• Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures.

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, indexing, migrations).

• Solid understanding of API design, authentication, and authorization.

• Experience with caching strategies and asynchronous processing.

• Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

• Good understanding of application security principles.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving abilities and experience in agile/scrum development environments.
