Opportunity – Principal Associate (Capital Markets) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Deal Leadership: Independently manage and execute large-scale IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and debt issuances.
  • Regulatory Strategy: Advise corporates, financial institutions, and promoters on SEBI, stock exchange, and company law compliance.
  • Transaction Management: Lead due diligence, negotiate with stakeholders, oversee drafting of offer documents, and ensure timely regulatory approvals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, merchant bankers, and regulators.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to building the practice's knowledge base.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7–10 years of experience in capital markets practice at a leading law firm.
  • Proven track record of handling complex capital markets transactions.
  • Strong leadership, drafting, and client management skills.
  • Ability to deliver strategic and commercially sound solutions under tight deadlines.
