Job Location: Bardez , Goa , North Goa District

Experience Required: 1 Year

Compensation: ₹4.8 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the business and operations of assigned sports facilities.
  • Ensure top-notch customer experience at 7–15 Hudle venues by managing every operational detail.
  • Maintain all venues in excellent operational condition and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Promptly report and resolve issues across venues.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 to 15 Venue Executives.
  • Drive revenue growth through excellent service and value-added offerings.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Become an expert in Hudle's suite of tech products and services.
  • Professionally represent Hudle to external stakeholders and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and businesses.
  • Submit detailed business and data reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; interest in leveraging technology for large-scale operations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prior experience in the sports industry or venue operations is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
