Are you passionate about scaling IT businesses and building strong client pipelines?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales and business growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru etc.), and direct outreach.

Build, maintain, and grow client relationships with international and domestic clients.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

Strong experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation & Sales Navigator.

Hands-on experience with freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and client documentation.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
