About the role:You will play a key role in driving effective resource management across our global delivery organization. You will be responsible for implementing and evolving strategies that improve how we allocate and utilize resources—focusing on project alignment, billability, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves maintaining and enhancing resource management processes, leveraging tools and systems for visibility and planning, and using metrics to drive informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional and remote teams and engage regularly with delivery and operations leadership to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:Lead project staffing decisions across a 100+ person global delivery team, balancing resource efficiency, career development, and team composition.

Monitor consultant availability and align with resource needs to exceed utilization targets and maximize delivery efficiency. Implement and improve forecasting, staffing, and bench management processes, with a focus on reducing time on the bench and enabling value-adding activities for bench employees. Measure and report on key resource management metrics, including utilization, capacity, demand, and hours booked.

Maintain and enhance resourcing systems, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scale. Communicate regularly with stakeholders across Delivery, Sales, QTC, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment on resource planning, staffing assignments, and hiring needs. Forecast hiring requirements based on pipeline and delivery demand; partner with HR to initiate and manage requisitions.

Collaborate with project managers and team leads to understand project scope, timelines, and required skills to ensure the right resource fit. Administer and improve weekly timesheet closure processes to ensure timely and accurate data capture. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core operational tasks such as opportunity tracking, internal project setup, and data hygiene.

Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation, system enhancements, and workflow refinements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of metrics such as revenue forecast and capacity planning. Competencies:Typically, 4+ years leading Resource Management at a global Profession Services firm; relevant education/certifications are a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with CRM and PSA tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, OpenAir, Kantata, Parallax, Rocketlane, etc. Ability to work in fast-paced, global, and remote environments.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making. Strategic planning and resource management implementation. Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools. Adaptability to changing priorities. Continuous improvement motivation.
