Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator with strong recruitment skills to manage hiring, HR operations, and employee support. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment cycle – posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents.
  • Support payroll, leave, and performance management.
  • Organize induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company rules.
  • Prepare HR reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skills.
  • Good communication, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
