Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator with strong recruitment skills to manage hiring, HR operations, and employee support. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle – posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents.
- Support payroll, leave, and performance management.
- Organize induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company rules.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skills.
- Good communication, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
