Tasks And Responsibilities

• Ensure high Safety standards in all the operations pertains to export import.
• Compliance with QMS, Food safety, GMP standards and operating procedures in line with Novonesis India and global standard.
• Responsible for EXIM KPI's to ensure on time and full deliveries.
• Thorough knowledge of Customs clearance processes, FSSAI compliance, CDSCO compliances, bonded warehouse operations pertain to export & import movements
• To understand and follow the import export policies and Ensure Smooth Operations in Import and Exports
• Renewal and obtaining the license / permissions related to import & export.
• Regular interaction with CHA, Customs, terminal authorities, shipping lines, freight forwards to ensure smooth, complied and timely customs clearances and movements.
• Close co-ordination with Production, Warehouse, Planning, Sourcing, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory team for executing the shipments.
• Collaboration with global and regional stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with additional qualification in Export – Import trade or equivalent with 5-6 years of relevant experience.

Candidate profile
Candidate should have

• Knowledge and hands on experience in handling EXIM and Logistics.
• Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP SD and MM is added advantage

Challenges in position

• Agile and Cost-effective Export-Import movements to serve the customers across India and overseas.
• Maintaining high level of Service standards and 100% OTIF deliveries.
• Unlocking your passion by implementing new Digital technologies, processes and Improvements to enhance the agility in processes.
