Job Description: Field Sales Manager

Experience Required: 2–5 years in field sales (B2B / Banking / Fintech preferred)

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-field role)

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our HiWiPay team in Mumbai. The role involves meeting exporters, understanding their requirements, and selling our HiWiPay EXIM platform along with export payment solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-networked in the export community, and passionate about helping Indian exporters grow globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with exporters, SMEs, and trade businesses in Mumbai.
  • Pitch and demonstrate the HiWiPay EXIM platform and payment solutions.
  • Conduct on-field meetings, presentations, and product demos to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters to drive trust and adoption.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition and payment volumes.
  • Assist exporters with onboarding, documentation, and first-time usage of the platform.
  • Stay updated on export policies, RBI regulations, and cross-border payment practices.
  • Represent HiWiPay at trade associations, export promotion events, and industry meet-ups in Mumbai.

Requirement and Qualification:

  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / banking / fintech.
  • Strong exposure to or network within the export community is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of export documentation, forex, and international payments is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular on-field travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
