Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential partners and clients, developing and implementing business growth strategies, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The individual will be responsible for conducting market research, prospecting, and initiating partnerships while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining active communication with stakeholders. Consistent reporting, goal monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Data Analysis
  • Proficient communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets
  • Knowledge of industry trends and familiarity with education solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
