Role Description

We are seeking a
Fresh MBA Graduate
to join our team and drive market expansion across the North Andhra region. This role is ideal for an ambitious, analytical individual with a strong foundation in real estate and deep local knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence & Land Identification:
    Use your expertise in the
    geography of North Andhra districts
    (Vizag, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, etc.) to conduct deep market research.
    Identify and locate marketable land parcels
    for new projects.
  • Strategic Analysis:
    Analyze
    infrastructure trends
    (ports, highways, industrial corridors) and their impact on land valuation and project feasibility.
  • Business Development:
    Generate and qualify new leads, supporting initial client and stakeholder negotiations (landowners, local authorities).
  • Financial & Analytical Reporting:
    Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and feasibility studies to support senior management decision-making.


Qualification & Skills

  • Education:
    MBA (Fresh Graduate)
