Job Summary:

The Junior Scientist will assist in the development, testing, and evaluation of aquaculture feed supplements, probiotics, and other farm health products. The role involves conducting lab and field experiments, analyzing data, and supporting the R&D team in developing innovative and sustainable aquaculture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in formulation, testing, and quality evaluation of shrimp feed supplements and probiotics.

Conduct lab-scale and field-level experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.

Maintain accurate documentation of all experimental procedures and results.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve existing formulations.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in the laboratory.

Support product trials and data collection from partner shrimp farms.

Stay updated on new research trends in aquaculture nutrition and probiotics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master's preferred Micro- Biology or Bio Technology or any science related field

Experience: 0–2 years in R&D, aquaculture labs, or feed product development.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of microbiological and biochemical testing methods.

Familiarity with aquaculture systems and shrimp farming processes.

Good analytical and documentation skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and data entry).
