About the Company:

We are a leading real estate company seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage HR operations at our Vashi office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration, preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Manage PF, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain employee records, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks such as training, appraisals, and performance management.
  • Support management in HR reporting and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction sector.
  • Well-versed with payroll, PF, and HR responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
