Brief Description about the Project

Aim: To develop a health care delivery model for diabetes that will improve glycemic control and quality of care for Diabetes Mellitus in urban underprivileged settings

Objectives:

  1. To design and identify the most promising delivery model to address barriers to glycemic control through formative research and iterative quality improvement (QI) approach.

  2. To implement and demonstrate feasibility of the most promising model that will improve glycemic control rates by 20% and evaluate quality of care.

Preferred Qualifications:Degree

Experience: Experienced will be preferable.

Language: English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi

Salary: Rs.30,600/- per month

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

Organize documents

Keeping all important documents, invoices, and contracts well maintained is a key aspect of a project secretary's role. They implement filing systems that make it easy to find any document quickly and efficiently

Reply to correspondence

Responding to emails, letters, and telephone calls are key job functions. Project secretaries serve as the first point of contact and for anyone involved in the project, so it's important that they maintain a professional disposition at all times and are able to answer queries or requests for information.

Order supplies

Project secretaries liaise with suppliers and vendors to order supplies for projects and the office, including equipment and stationery.

Handle invoices

Documenting the invoices of the projects has to be maintained by the Project secretary from time to time.

Organize meetings

Project secretaries arrange and prepare for company meetings in-office and off-site, which includes managing schedules for meetings and conferences for the whole team.

Management of Accounts

Should be able to maintain the accounts of the project.
