Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Secretary located in Coimbatore. The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. Additional duties include coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with board members, executives, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operation of the company.
