We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join our audit and assurance firm. The CS will be responsible for handling company law, compliance, corporate governance, secretarial audits, and advisory services for multiple clients across industries. The role involves ensuring clients meet all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting them with expert advice on legal and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct secretarial audits for client companies and prepare necessary reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
  • Draft and file statutory returns, forms, and documents with MCA/ROC, RBI, SEBI, etc.
  • Prepare board resolutions, minutes, notices, and related documents.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance practices, regulatory updates, and risk management.
  • Assist in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and related compliance.
  • Handle share transfers, issue of shares, ESOPs, and capital restructuring matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, lawyers, and consultants.
  • Support clients during M&A, due diligence, and restructuring assignments.
  • Maintain statutory records and registers for clients as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
