We are looking for a qualified and proactive Company Secretary (CS) to ensure regulatory compliance, manage secretarial duties, and support governance processes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in corporate laws, SEBI/ROC regulations, and capable of handling board and shareholder matters with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage Board meetings, AGMs, and committee meetings (Audit, CSR, etc.)
  • Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions as per the Companies Act, 2013
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records
  • Ensure timely filing of ROC forms (e.g., MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, PAS-3)
  • Act as a compliance officer under SEBI regulations (for listed companies)
  • Handle shareholder communication, dividend declaration, and share transfers
  • Assist in corporate governance, risk management, and policy implementation
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, ROC, RBI, and stock exchanges
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure compliance
  • Support the Board in strategic planning and legal risk management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
