Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling Executive: Reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and set appointments.
  • Client Interaction Specialist: Handle client queries, provide updates, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • US Tax Preparer: Assist in preparing and filing US tax returns accurately and timely.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in US taxation domain
  • Ability to work in a team and handle client interactions professionally
