Magnus Tax Filing is a leading tax services provider specializing in helping clients with their tax filing needs. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Process Associates.

**Role Overview**:
As a Process Associate at Magnus Tax Filing, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued US clients. This is a night shift position (US hours), and you will be working on-site at our office in Musheerabad, Hyderabad. We are looking for both freshers and individuals with previous customer service experience to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with US customers and address their inquiries and concerns related to tax filing.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers to ensure a seamless tax filing experience.
- Assist customers in resolving any issues they may encounter during the tax filing process.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Keep abreast of tax regulations and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English is a must.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work the night shift (US hours) and commit to a 5-month assignment from December to April.
