**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support campus and off-campus placement drives.
- Act as a point of contact between students and recruiters.
- Maintain accurate records of student placement data, including resumes, placement status, and offer letters.
- Schedule interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions in coordination with clients.
- Assist in onboarding recruiters for placement opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with students and employers.
- Support in organizing career guidance sessions, webinars, and pre-placement talks.
- Prepare and circulate reports on placement performance and student tracking.
- Assist in managing placement-related documentation and compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in International Voice Process.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Experience with placement or student management systems is an added advantage.
