About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Lead Generation Associate to join our Bangalore office. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients via outbound calls, engaging them with our trading platform and investment schemes (guaranteed 40% annual return), and qualifying them as prospects for the sales and relationship management team. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to build a career in financial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Introduce and explain our trading platform and investment schemes in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Identify and qualify leads to hand over to the Client Relationship/Sales team for closure.
  • Follow up with prospects through structured calling cycles to maintain engagement.
  • Record and update client interactions, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and qualified lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth client handover and high conversion.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (financial services/trading platform preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build initial trust over the phone.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of trading/finance will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Performance Expectations

  • 80–100 outbound calls daily.
  • 15–20 qualified leads per week.
  • Consistently maintain a high lead-to-conversion ratio.
