Job Requirements

Requirements

Candidate should have strong technical capabilities to deliver projects to the client. The candidate will be responsible for developing Process Models for Simulation projects in line with Standards/Guidelines and project requirements She/he should have strong communication skills for technical liaison with the client, design document creation, project execution and delivery of the solution to end user sites.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor/master's degree in chemical engineering from a reputed college/University. Candidates must have strong Chemical Engineering fundamentals.
  • Should be proficient in implementation of Dynamic simulations (using commercial OTS software i.e., Dynsim/UniSim etc.). This would include sound Process model development skills using commercial simulation tools & understanding of P&IDs.
  • Experience in Steady State Simulation tools (e.g., PROII/HYSYS) and optimization tools (e.g., ROMeo) would be an added advantage. Experience in APS will be an added advantage.
  • Should have a total of 5 to 15 years of experience out of which he/she should have hands on experience of dynamic simulations.
  • Understanding various refinery processes and related critical process equipment will be nice to have skill.
  • The candidate should possess quick learning skills to understand new Process know how as well as the Engineering and automation technologies used in Process Industry.
  • The candidate should possess the capabilities of leading consultative discussions with customers ranging from technical and operations (process experts).

Work Experience
