Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our product portfolio expansion and user base growth in emerging markets.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead your team to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

You will be responsible for recruiting, growing, and empowering a team of driven engineers who have high expectations around ownership, impact, and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering management and significant experience as a software engineer across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.

A strong record of mentorship and helping others in their career growth is essential, along with experience and excitement for recruiting and thoughtful approaches to team growth.
