
Web3 Fundraising Lead

Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, for a seasoned dealmaker with deep Web3 capital markets experience. Youll lead token and equity fundraising efforts, structure strategic investment rounds, and own investor relationships from outreach to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
Design and lead token and equity fundraising strategies across multiple Web3 ventures.
Define capital targets, investor segments, and end-to-end execution plans.
Manage outreach, pitch delivery, investor communication, due diligence, and deal closure.
Investor & Ecosystem Engagement
Build and expand a strong investor network: VCs, DAOs, crypto funds, angels, and strategic partners.
Own relationship-building and storytelling efforts with financial and strategic stakeholders.
Pitch innovative products that span AAA gaming and Layer 2 infrastructure.
Tokenomics & Capital Modeling
Collaborate with strategy and product teams to design sound, scalable token economies.
Align token utility and mechanics with long-term product vision and value creation.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Track fundraising KPIs, investor feedback, and performance metrics.
Ensure funding strategies align with broader business objectives and timelines.
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Proven success in raising $ 5 M+ via ICOs, IDOs, seed, or Series A rounds.
- Strong network across crypto VCs, angel syndicates, and Web3 capital communities.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto gaming, or fintech verticals.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, investment structuring, and compliance.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in AAA Web3 gaming, Layer 2 infrastructure, or wallet products.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine, SKALE, Layer 2/3 protocols.
- Background as a founder, operator, or finance lead in a high-growth Web3 startup.
- Located in the US or have a strong North American investor network (preferred, not mandatory).\
