Job Role: Senior Sales Specialist & Customer Support Acquisition (US Process)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)

Salary: Up to ₹65,000 per month

Hiring: Immediate Joiners or those who can join with 7/10 days

  • Can talk to US customers daily with clarity & professionalism
  • Enjoy sales, persuasion, and customer interaction
  • Can handle cold calls, inbound support calls, and customer onboarding
  • Are comfortable working in a high-energy voice process environment
  • Are committed to building a career in international sales & customer support

What You'll Do Every Day :--

Connect with US customers, pitch services & onboard new clients

Handle inbound + outbound voice calls confidently

Respond to customer queries and maintain long-term client relationships

Convert leads into successful customers with strong communication

Represent the company professionally in every conversation

This is 80–90% voice process — less backend, more conversations, more impact

Who Can Apply?

  • 0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome if communication is top-notch)
  • US calling / Sales / Voice process experience is an added advantage
  • Strong verbal fluency, confidence, and conversation control required
  • Must be comfortable with night shifts
  • Fearless communication & positive attitude is a must
