Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective outside sales strategies and account management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2C sales, technology sales, and business development, with a proven ability to generate leads and manage territories effectively. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service and product demonstrations.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to report on progress and strategize future initiatives
  • Field sales for solar

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, or business development within a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
  • Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with territory management techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Fluency in : Gujarati
  • Experience should be :2 to 5 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
