Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Bench Sales Recruitment / RPO

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift time: Night Shift

Timings: 7PM to 4AM

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in bench sales recruitment marketing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

The ideal candidate will lead digital initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, attract potential clients, and generate qualified recruitment leads through impactful campaigns and engaging social media content.

This role blends strategic digital marketing with creative content creation, including Instagram Reels and LinkedIn branding making it perfect for someone who's both data-driven and creatively inclined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for bench sales and RPO services.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, from candidate bench promotion to client acquisition.
  • Develop, edit, and post Instagram Reels, short videos, and social media creatives to boost brand engagement.
  • Handle daily posting and engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram — ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging.
  • Run and monitor Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns targeted at clients and potential candidates.
  • Create high-quality content (posts, blogs, visuals) for digital channels to enhance online visibility.
  • Work closely with recruitment and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and formats that drive engagement in the recruitment space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong focus on staffing, bench sales, or RPO industry.
  • Proven ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, LinkedIn videos).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Instagram content strategy, and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and an eye for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in US staffing / IT bench sales marketing.
  • Knowledge of ATS tools, recruitment automation, and lead generation funnels.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut for content creation.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement analytics.
