Position: Sr Media Buyer

We're looking for a skilled expert to optimise Google and Meta campaigns for e-commerce ( D2C) brands exclusively.

Experience:

-
2+ years in Performance Marketing (D2C brands)

Job Type:

  • Full-time (Work from Office)

Salary:

  • Competitive, as per market standards

Your Role:

  • Manage conversion campaigns on Facebook, Google, and YouTube.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Collaborate with designers on Creative research.

  • Present media plans and projections monthly.

  • Conduct client meetings and share insights.

  • Optimise campaigns across various platforms.

  • Oversee affiliate marketing and partner onboarding.

  • Research audience segmentation and new targeting options.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering is a plus).

  • Fluent in English.

  • Own a laptop.

  • Strong understanding of D2C marketing.

  • Proficient with GA4 and Meta/Facebook Ads.

  • Proactive and passionate.

Skills Required-

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent communication.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides.

Hands-on experience required in Tools-

  • Keyword Planner

  • Meta Ads & Business Manager

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Google Suite

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Google Search Console

Schedule:

  • Day shift (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Location:

  • Baner, Pune , Maharashtra
    (commute or relocate before starting)
