You are responsible for crafting strategies, managing budgets, and setting goals for marketing teams. You ensure consistent brand messaging, analyze customer behavior, and identify market expansion opportunities. You strive to optimize the Go-to-market strategies by efficient organization of market segments, Product portfolio and Channels. With your people leadership skills and industry experience, you strive to integrate and optimize entire business GTM value chain operations with OEMs, marketing Vendors and other strategic partners. You are regularly in the market to develop strong relationships with the customers, OEMs & other channel partners to boost brand awareness with strong differentiation and profitability.
Summary
Young, dynamic & ambitious marketing leader with 10-15 years of overall IT Services work experience with an MBA in Marketing from a reputed management institute.
At least 5 years of experience managing a Marketing operation team with a range of Digital and traditional marketing capabilities, including SEO, Webinars, emails, paid campaigns, SMM.
At least 5 years of experience working with Value Added Resellers (VAR) business like Atlassian, AWS, Service Now, Salesforce partner company or equivalent. Strong experience managing marketing strategies and operations for a complex product mix, having multiple product catalogues and multiple markets.
At least 3 years of experience formulating & executing marketing strategies for fast-paced business growth, especially for the large Enterprise segment. Experience of leading or participating in the journey from a VAR business to an Enterprise player with Managed Services enterprise offerings will be highly valued.
Strong experience with a fast-growing & constantly evolving VAR and IT Services business is a must. Experience being part of an organization's growth journey from 150 employees to 500 employees in a few years is very valuable.
What are we looking for –
- A talented marketing strategist who inspires team members and drives success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.
- This role needs to have excellent business-techno communication skills since you will work closely with customers, OEMs, managers and other decision-makers. This person needs to be highly articulate with stakeholders like Business Leaders, Segment Leaders, Investors, Customers, OEMs & other strategic Partners, etc.
- Strategically manage claims for various business segments, regions and products. Develop and manage a strategic roadmap of claims to be acquired to be relevant, competitive and dominant in the markets we operate.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance, business segment performance, regions' performance, product performance, and campaign performance to make timely and thoughtful recommendations.
- Internally, we are organized into multiple sales teams (3 segment teams & 3 region teams). We are looking for a leader who is a master organizer to enable cross-team collaboration across various market segments & products. Ability and agility to adapt to changing market dynamics and organize Market Segments, Products, Channels and your internal teams is the key skill we are looking for.
- Manage a relatively large marketing team that offers internal services to business segments, regions and corporate offices. Strong prioritization skills, along with organizing skills, are key to the success of this role.
What are you expected to do?
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Demand Generation, Communications and Creative. Internal teams and external vendor teams.
- Strategize and execute on the demands from the Segment leaders, working closely with various sales leaders, region leaders, internal marketing team and extend teams from external vendors. Making realistic plans aligned to market and segment leaders' expectations and timely delivery on those is one of the primary KPI for this role.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department, working closely with key stakeholders like Segment leaders, region leaders, HR Leader and Corporate office.
- Be in the market by regularly meeting customers, OEM partners, and other channel partners to develop market intelligence to enable future business expansion decision-making. Monitor competition on their acquisitions, pricing changes and new products & features to recommend business response for enreap.
- enreap has a broad portfolio with multiple practices like Agile & DevOps, ITSM, Cloud and PPM. You are expected to organize and manage the entire product portfolio from a marketing perspective and devise strategies to execute product-market fit for optimum brand position and profitability. enreap's competitive landscape includes competing with other OEM channel partners on one side, Generic system integrators on the other side and customers' internal teams as well. You will be expected to design differentiation, branding, positioning and pricing strategies for each business segment and product while maintaining the enreap level brand positioning consistent and crisp.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals. Coach and mentor team members in their day-to-day roles and towards their career aspirations aligned to business goals.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
