Job Description:
Position: Customer Experience Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Customer Support (Voice) with Upselling experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries through calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following standard processes and service guidelines.
- Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools.
Work closely with the team to achieve customer support and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Care/CCE role.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Proven ability in upselling / cross-selling.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Flexible with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary : 35000 per month
- Performance based incentives : up to ₹15000 per month
- Competitive salary with incentives on upselling.
