About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Customer Support Executive
to manage post-surgery patient experience. The role focuses on ensuring smooth recovery support, addressing patient queries, and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients after surgery to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
  • Handle follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to track recovery progress.
  • Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with doctors, care coordinators, and clinics for support or re-visits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collect feedback and share insights to improve overall patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in customer support or healthcare coordination (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or hospital management systems is a plus.
