Sales Coordinator – Zomax Skill Services (Delhi, India)Company Overview:

Zomax Skill Services is a fast-growing EdTech and IT Solutions company based in Pitampura, Delhi. We provide innovative training programs, ERP solutions, and skill development services for businesses and professionals.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated and confident Sales Coordinator to help us build lasting client relationships and achieve sales success.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: 146, First Floor, Vardhaman Premium Mall, Opposite Kali Mata Mandir, Deepali Chowk, Pitampura, Delhi-110034

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain client databases.
  • Communicate with clients professionally to understand their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide demos and explain product features to clients clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
  • Confident and impressive personality with a professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented.
