Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving daily targets and ensuring smooth coordination with clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales records, customer databases, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery status.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and client appointments for sales executives.
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments, documents, and requirements.
  • Support in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and weekly/monthly sales summaries.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow between clients and the sales team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (Training will be provided).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary Range:

10k - 18k (plus high incentives)
