Sales Coordinator We're looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills and a flair for coordination to join our team in the luxury lighting and design space.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team with creating compelling proposals, presentations, and client communication decks.
  • Schedule meetings with high-end clients, architects, designers, and project managers.
  • Follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of leads, opportunities, and project status.
  • Pre-sales

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all sales documents (BOQs, order forms, proposals)
  • Track project progress, client interactions, and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.

Client Coordination

  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and prompt follow-ups.
  • Cultivate professional relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Order Processing & Handover

  • Coordinate with design, operations, and finance teams for seamless project execution after order confirmation
  • Share finalized order details with relevant departments for timely delivery and installation.

Internal Communication

  • Ensure clear flow of client and project updates across departments.
  • Preempt and help resolve minor issues before escalation.

What Were Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Warm, confident personality with a client-first mindset

Background in luxury sales, interior design, or hospitality preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or client servicing

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Zoho, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related fieldRole & responsibilities
