Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager and Operations at Dr. Tina's Skin Solutionz, located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager and Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves managing operational aspects such as clinic logistics, inventory management, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the clinic. The candidate will work closely with the management team to implement strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Operational management skills, including logistics and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
