Executive Business Partner (EA/PA/Admin Assistant/Secretary)

Location - Remote

Employment Type - Permanent/Full-Time

Shift - 9 hours between 6PM to 6AM

Experience - 7 to 12 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite & Senior Leadership Executives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate and support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and logistics.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expenses, and reports.

Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.

Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and events.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

Experienced professional with 7+ years of work experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a corporate environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

High level of discretion and professionalism.
