Roles and Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the Enabling functions at Myntra. Responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, driving performance management, engagement, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. The associate will understand requirements of business (data/queries) and offer people related solutions.
The incumbent would influence and partner with other groups around the company (HR COEs, finance, legal etc.) to advocate for business needs.
Collaborating with business in ensuring and maintaining 100 % compliance as per company policy and Compliance Audit Checklist by ensuring timely closure and action taken in the region.
Resource Management:
Ensuring personnel information is maintained in all appropriate systems; monitor actual headcount, new hires, attrition, analyze trends
Partnering with Talent acquisition team to close on the open positions by taking HR face to face rounds.
Partnering with L&D team to draw success of initiatives planned for team/individuals with respect to skill gaps and development areas
Support employee engagement programs
Maintaining proper and updated tracker on Employee Database, Attendance, Leaves and Payroll input data and sharing timely and accurate inputs to HO Team.
Handling day to day employee queries and providing prompt resolutions
Ensuring correct employee-manager mapping and timely, meaningful and objective goal setting / upload process in Success Factors.
Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines. Organize various leader and employee connect sessions like town halls, FGDs, and other such meetings
Performance Management:
To drive the philosophy for PMS as defined in the process
Manage the execution of performance management e.g. annual and mid year promotions, feedbacks with Time line adherence
Handling grievance on cases to cases basis and informing relevant stakeholders
Coordinating with and assisting reporting managers for Mid-Year/ Annual Performance Reviews and Documentation as per framework and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA from a reputed Tier-1/Tier-2 institute with 0-2 years of relevant experience preferably in a fashion or ecommerce organization.
Good communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
Structured thought process
Collaboration and influencing without authority
A strong analytical mindset
Comfort with working with large sets of data
